Know what Pilfi provides and what you agree directly with your pilot.
Where do I create a request?
You will create your request in the Pilfi app. We are currently preparing the app for launch.
Is the service really free?
Creating a request, sharing it with pilots and connecting you through Pilfi are free. The pilot charges for the photography or filming at a price you agree directly with them.
Who will contact me?
The pilot who accepts your request will contact you. Discuss your ideas, the price and the arrangements directly with them.
Will I receive edited video or photos?
That depends on your agreement with the pilot. Include any requirements for editing, file formats and delivery in your request and confirm them with the pilot. Pilfi does not arrange post-production.
Do I need to know the technical specifications?
Just describe what you want to capture and how you plan to use the footage or photos. Discuss the technical details and what is possible with your pilot.
Is a pilot available for every date and location?
Acceptance depends on the interest and availability of nearby pilots. Confirm the date and what is possible directly with your pilot.
